I got a horn too!

The other day, on my way to Chembur from Navi Mumbai, I was doing a lazy 70km/h on my Karizma when this nut guy on a commuter bike honks behind me. I see my rear view mirror, there is enough space for a car to pass, let alone a bike. Still I move aside but it has no effect on him. He keeps honking and only when I raise my finger did he stop!
It happens almost everyday. I come across 'idiots' on both two wheels and four , who for i dont know what reason in the world like to flaunt their horns. No matter if there aint any free space in front of me, no matter if the light is still red, no matter how much space i give them to overtake me, they still keep blaring their horns. Not only with me, i see it happening with so many other people.

Have u come across these "IGAHT" kinda people on too?

Life after The Great Indian Road Trip!

Some say, to come out of a hangover, you need to take a couple of pegs more. Thats what i did! The GIR "bhoot" (ghost) was all over my mind and i knew i had to escape out, to the hills once more.
Within days of coming back to Delhi, i was back in the hills, this time a solo ride, in december, expecting lots of snow. But i was disappointed to an extent though.
Ride report is available at http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/showthread.php?t=10411
Route : Delhi-Narkanda-Hattu road-Narkanda-Sainj-Chindi-Mandi-Barot-Mcleodganj-Delhi

After a month, i was back again, with 4 other riders.
Route: Delhi-Narkanda-Hattu road-Rampur-Kalpa-Rampur-Rohru-Shimla-Delhi

Enough of riding, it was time to settle down in life. Looking for a job on my top priority but things took a wild u turn and i found myself in the shaadi mundap! Yeah, i got married. Life changed for the better, went for an extended holiday but once back it was back to job hunting for me.

God has been great to me (touchwood). Got married, and instantly got a job too (now i think my better half has been lucky for me!). But job? where, which one? That remains a lil secret, although many know about it. Still, i would like to keep it under the wraps for a while.

So here im , in Mumbai, currently in a hotel in vashi, looking for a flat around this area. Mumbai is bloody expensive no doubt, my daily commute will be around 60kms (round trip). But then i can afford those 12-15000 1BHK flats, can i?

Grrr... More to come
