Guys,
I think many of us would be in this situation. I am using my EAD for work and last year used AP to enter US. Parole Officer Stamped one year of validity date on my I-94 that is paroled until March 2009. Now I have new EAD which is valid for two years 2010 and New AP Dec' 2009 for one year of travel. My understanding was your date on I-94 indicates your legal status. So what would happen to my status once i stay after March 2009? I am planning to travel to India in June 2009.

Appreciate any help

1. EB3 PD-April 2003 System Analyst/Programmer Analyst Degree:B.E.
2. EB2 PD-May 2000 Project Manager/Senior Architect/Team Lead Degree: Masters in CS prior to 2K

American co., no need to pay for labor. Should come with a project with a corp to corp option. Co. has clients but it may take time as July 16th is last date.

Hi Friends,

As the Visa Dates are current, I want to file my 485 on July1st. Can I file the 485 for my wife and son at a later date(because they are travelling to india on june 16th and will be back on September 1st) or Is it a must that all of three(myself,wife,son) should file for 485 at the same time.

Can I add their names to my 485 later.?
Currently My wife and son(6years old) are on h4.

I found some information that I believe could be beneficial in knowing the status of the pending I-140 case (also for I-485)

This is called TSC Streamline procedure and a url link is given below.

Based on that, AILA attorneys can send an email notice about the pending I-140 info. It seems like the application should have been filed prior to the processing date that shows up for I-140 for TSC. It looks like there is no 30 day window imposed as in the case of Service Requests.

This email is supposed to inform USCIS about our pending I-140!

folks, with a lot of effort I got to know the case number of my AEC filed during mid 2001 ( P2002-XXXXX ) (EB3 RIR)
my company did not respond to the NOF due to lack of hiring and layoff's in the company... and then their policy is not to share the case number with the employee...

a standard answer that 'the application will be denied and has been denied' is being given by the HR.

what all can I try to get the status of this application... I have tried to email info@dallas BEC address and they wanted more info and currently awaiting their reply..

what would be the result of such an application? when NOF has not been responded to...

if a case has been denied..will there not be any paperwork from the SWA that it has been denied? or can this case get remanded and go as a TR case (non RIR)?

if anybody has faced something similar let me know... thanks!

I got my H1-B visa on June 29, 2005 , I came to india on Jan 2009 . From Jan 2009 till now I have been staying in India , bcoz I was taking care of my new born daughter, now she is grown up and now I am planning to start working in US. Right now I got my H4 visa .

I came to know from someone that H1-B filing for this year was over in Jan 2011, so if I need to file a new H1-b , I have to file now and I will be eligible to work after Oct 1 this year. Is it true ? Is it not possible that a company files for a new H1-B under premium processing and I start working after 2 weeks of filing ? I don't want to wait that long(Oct 1) to work , I have few oppurinities coming up where I may get selected.

I have stayed in india from Jan 2009 till APril 2011. Now I am on H4 visa in US. Can I get a extension of my previous H1-B visa filed on June 2005?
I want to work ASAP.

We got something similar. I have seen other posts in the forums but can't find them now. I would suggest you go for the fingerprints/biometrics and be done with it. Don't give them an excuse to actually implement "if you don't show up, your application will be considered abandoned".

My I 485 package was returned as it didnt have the approval notice of I 140, which was submitted a day later than I485 by my company.
It is such a frustrating situation as i have been waiting since 1999 for my GC , and when i got this golden chance my company was not serious enuf to submit the papers in time !
I am doubting the company , as they would have done all this intentionally to keep me in their co. for longer time!The returned letter they have provided me shows no reference no, file no, or either my name ! how can i believe if they have even submitted any papers for I485 or not ?
They say they can refile again .. but duno what to do ??
Can anybody be kind enough to help me out here!
I am so frustrated that I feel like going back to home country now.

I applied for H1 on Oct 10 2010. I got an RFE - (relatively benign - proof of labor cert filing) on Feb 22. My attorney responded and they changed the status to RFE Response Review on March 3rd. Unfortunately, I'm planning to go to India on the 26th.
- Would upgrading to Premium help at this time?
- What is the typical response time between RFE response review and decision?
btw, this application was processed in the Vermont Service Center.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hai ,

i am going for the h1b visa stamping first time in chennai. i took the single dd with 4322 ( 4000 + 322 ) rupees . i took the appointment date also for interview .

in the hdfc bank some other people also took the single dd with the same (4322 rupees ) amount.

but some body told that we have to take supporate dds like 4000 and 322 rupees.
what about my situation now? if i took wrong how come hdfc people will give single dd for me and others .

i am really mad. please appriciate your help. i am waiting for your valuable suggestion. please anybody who knows help me.
