looks like the website is created in July end. Contact address from FL. It seems to be associated wit telecall (a company, I don't know much..google). I found this by checking whois domain lookup...for this free india call thingy...just an fyi.....don't know how safe?

Anyone knows if there is a certain length of time that I need to be employed with my GC sponsor after 485 approval?
I have heard 3-4 months, but I am wondering if there is legal time limit or if this is a "good faith" limit.
Appreciate responses.

In my case, one namecheck is cleared by IO, which I presume includes both electronic and manual namechecks, in case if the electronic one shows something on the radar. However what I am unable to understand why the second namecheck, when all the steps were done to clear the first namecheck

I have attended a Kaplan center in NY. Call Kaplan and ask them if they have the ability to sponsor an I-20. I know one in Manhattan(56th street) does.

Recently I came across a different situation where outsourcing caused to lay off GCs and citizens(Ind origins).
My friend is working in a medium company for 5 years after he got GC.
Comapany decided to outsource certain piece of project to TCS and in that effect my friend was laid off. I think in future this might more often to us who are waiting in line for GC. May be it is part of life ....
Most funniest part is company has prepared a official guidlines to employees how to communicate with indian team (which is mostly located in India).
here are examples...
1) when they say they understood every thing, do not take it seriously. Ask them explain what they knew.
2) during discussion do not use any US slangs. Talk to them in simple english.
3) do not be surprised for few new words like FUNDA, Bouncer, Sixer (cricket), Yaar,
4) know something about cricket. Indians love cricket game.

No matter how efficient you are and how much knowledge you have, if your job CAN be outsourced, it will be outsourced. Companies hire specialists who do the ourtsourcing process. Almost all layoffs are a result of moving the jobs out or closure of partial or complete businesses.
For outsourciong, all we need is a high speed internet connection and a skype software as a bare minimum.

Here are the steps in setting up "Bill Pay" from your Bank account (online)
1) Check with your bank if "Bill Pay" is a free service, or not for your account. Some banks have conditions that must be met for e.g. Direct Deposit, Certain minimum balance, certain type of account or not. If you don't meet the criteria your bank may charge a service fees for using "Bill Pay"!
2) You might need to get "Bill Pay" activated on your online account. This might be possible for some by clicking on a "Service Agreement" screen. For others you might need to visit the Bank to get it activated.
3) Most banks that support "Repeating payments" allow you to "Add Payee" for future transactions. Provide IV address here and add "Immigration Voice" as a payee

We got our mexican visa (going to mexico on vacation for 10 days) two weeks ago in Raleigh, NC. It was a breeze. I got a list of things that they wanted to see including
1. passport
2. US visa or approved I-797
3. Proof of residence in US (house tax bill etc.)
4. Air itinerary
5. Completed visa application form
6. 2 passport size photos
7. $36 per person visa fee
The process was fairly smooth. I was able to get my passport with visa the next day. My friends went a week later early in the morning and were able to get their visa with an hour and half on same day.
